The short version

You don't need an account to use this site, and we don't ask for your name, health information or payment details. Your checklist stays on your own phone or computer.

Your checklist

When you check off an item, your browser saves that choice on your device so it's still there next time. It is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data, or tapping “Clear this list,” removes it.

If you tap “Save my list,” your checkmarks are written into the link itself, after the # sign. That part of a link stays in your browser and isn't sent to our website. Anyone you share the link with can see which items you've checked.

Visitor counts

We don't use cookies or tracking tools on this site. Our web host keeps standard server records, such as how many times a page was requested, which we see only as totals.

Amazon links

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. When you tap a Shop link, you leave this site and go to Amazon, which may use cookies to know the visit came from us. Amazon's own privacy notice covers anything you do there. We never see who you are or what you buy.

Outside websites

The Resources page links to other organizations. Their own privacy policies apply once you visit them.
